This time last year we were commissioned by the Kagoshima Honkaku Shochu association to film a course about the many facets of Honkaku (traditional) shochu.
The course is available in multiple languages, and takes the viewer on a journey through the history of shochu, its production, making cocktails with shochu, pairing shochu with food. We had a blast filming it and every now and then hear from someone who has seen the videos. What can we say to that? We’re big in Japan!
