Acquire a deep theoretical understanding of the techniques used in spirit production, from the processing of the raw materials to post-distillation operations. The landscape of spirits should be thoroughly illuminated and production methods used across the globe known and understood. Through a combination of tasting and application of theoretical knowledge you will learn to explain confidently why spirits look and taste the way they do and how and why they differ from each other. The course lasts 5 and a half days in total with the exam on the half daYTime
